Finding a deep connection to the body, emotions and health through embodied approaches such as Yoga, Dance, Feldenkrais, and Alexander techniques, Colleen is a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance E-RYT200 ) with over 30 years of personal practice. She helps you connect with your resilient-wakeful body through simple postures and movement.
Her teaching blends Vinyassa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Mindful Flow, and Restorative yoga practices along with mindfulness, emotions, body attunement -“aliveness” and alignment.

Colleen is trained in breathwork for emotional/physical/mental health. She began her breathwork training while teaching the speaking voice and vocal production to performers over 30 years ago. Since then she has trained in breathwork as mind-body medicine.
