Who We Are
Welcome! so glad you're here. If you're experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional roller coaster or low mood, fatigue, irritability - you'll find both my Therapeutic model which helps you shift unwanted emotional/behavioral patterns, to reduce self-judgement, and feel more eased my Coaching model relatable, concrete and accessible. Many working with me notice a renewed sense of Self, their relationships, sense of meaning, purpose and belonging in their lives.
Compassionate evidence-based therapy is the mainstay of our work together - helping to improve your mental, emotional and physical health.
I treat adults, couples, & families particularly supporting both lay people and other psychotherapists/healthcare providers.
I have specialized training in anxiety, mood disorders, habits, interpersonal relationships, mindfulness, trauma, childhood issues, non-violent communication and stress reduction.
I also offer Meditation Instruction for those interested.

My approach toward treatment is to help you understand and diminish troublesome thoughts and behaviors. And to promote self-awareness to foster interpersonal & emotional skills.
