MBSR Official 8-Week Program Summer 2023, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Training and Certificate

REGISTRATION CLOSED

This is the official 8-Week MBSR course, taught hybrid online and live (Rockland/Bergen County NY, NJ) by Colleen Gallagher, LCSW, an accredited MBSR instructor. Colleen is a skilled clinician and teacher trained at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society and adheres to the MBSR Standards of Practice.

Dates: Fridays, August 11 (Orientation), 8 Classes: August - 18- October 6

Time: 1pm- 3:30pm

Retreat Day Sunday, September 24 (9am-4pm)

Stress Relief Pandemic Parenting

Online Parent Group for mindfulness tools and support with additional weekly tools for self and co-regulation of caregivers and their little ones. Imperfect parenting in uncertain and stressful times means we can come together to find solutions and ways of navigating stress, meltdowns and anxiety.
