ONLINE diverse group that includes persons with disabilities (visible and invisible) as well as those without. All are welcome. Meets weekly at noon for 1 hour. Learn how to use mindfulness tools to find ease, calm and connection with others. Guided Meditation practice along with interpersonal mindfulness, skills-based tools, and fun. Experiential practices for social mindfulness and communication, anxiety/stress - relief, social connection, co-regulation and ease. Mind-body approaches include mindfulness, communication, meditation, simple movement, interactive activities and discussion. Meets online Thursdays 12-1pm EDT.
