ONLINE group meets weekly for 1 hour. Learn how to Unwind Anxiety and find ease and calm. This group is skills-based and interactive. In a safe and nurturing environment you’ll find group support and build skills for coping and living more joyfully. Experiential practices for anxiety, stress, the brain, and cognitive re-framing. Mind-body approaches such as breath work, meditation, simple movement and processing /discussion. Meets online Thursdays 6-7pm EDT. Brief intake/interview prior.
