Women’s Mindful Writing Workshop
March 6th - 27th, 2022
4-Sunday sessions 5:00pm-6:30pm $120 ($30 per session)
Feel free to join us for 1, 2 or all 4 sessions. Here we practice mindfulness through the vehicle of writing. Writing together in real time, guided practices, prompts and sharing. Research shows that writing is both a significant tool for recovery and healing, and a meditative practice for present moment awareness, for expression as a way of insight and for healing wounds, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
