“Untangling Anxiety” for College-age and Young Adults
ONLINE group meets weekly for 1 hour. Learn how to use mindfulness tools to Untangle from Anxiety and find ease, calm and connection with others. In a safe and nurturing environment you’ll find connection with others and build skills and tools for coping, thriving and living more fully. Experiential practices for interpersonal mindfulness and communication, anxiety/stress - relief, social connection, co-regulation and ease. Mind-body approaches include mindful communication, meditation, simple movement and processing /discussion. Enroll in 6 -Week rolling Cycles. Meets online Thursdays 8-9pm EDT.
