Day-Long Silent Retreat

Nourish yourself and renew in this daylong retreat for meditation practitioners  (those with a meditation practice of at least a year) and MBSR practitioners.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week Alumni are welcome!

Drop inward and experience spaciousness and resilience. Practice in community and silence – mindful yoga, mindful eating, sitting and walking meditation. Teacher Colleen Gallagher, will gently guide you through life affirming practices that have the power to heal. Through guided meditations, reflections, and movement we slow down and discover how to be with ourselves and connect with others.
